1. Data We Collect
We collect authentication data (such as email address and display name) when you create an account, as well as the characters, memories, and conversations you generate on Persona.
2. Confidentiality of Roleplay Conversations
Your private roleplay conversations with characters remain strictly confidential between you and the system. We do not sell personal chat transcripts to third-party advertisers.
3. Usage Analytics
To find where Persona is confusing, slow, or broken, we record anonymous usage events through Google Analytics for Firebase: pages visited, features used, errors, load times, and whether actions like sending a message or creating a character succeeded. These events never include your messages, character prompts, search terms, email address, or account ID, and are not used for advertising. On your first visit we ask whether you allow analytics; until you choose, it runs without cookies or identifiers. We respect your browser's Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track settings, and you can change your choice here or in Account Settings at any time.
4. Deletion & Data Portability
You have the right to request full deletion of your account and all associated character data, memories, and chat history at any time via Account Settings.
